About Jan Baer

Jan Baer, AUSSIE known as "Janno" by her friends, is a native Australian with an ever-present smile. She enjoys Colorado so much that, 35 years ago, she moved half-way around the world to live in and own properties in this beautiful state. Jan is also a Registered Nurse, who has maintained her Nursing license through two decades of proven success in Medical business sales and operating her own Healthcare IT recruiting business. As a naturally caring person, Jan now works as A FULL TIME, FULL SERVICE Real Estate Agent, blending these two professional backgrounds into a natural partnership, through which she helps people sell or find their ideal home in Colorado. She truly loves working with people and helping them with one of the most important decisions of their lives—finding the perfect home in the best location for their unique lifestyle. This is Jan's personal and professional passion! She understands that what we do for a living and where we live directly impact all aspects of their lives. Jan started her own Real Estate firm, BAER Realty LLC with her Husband, David Baer, and their son, Harrison Baer. Locally owned and family operated in Denver Colorado, they offer boutique, personal service to their clients and have a trusted reputation in Residential Real Estate sales. What sets Baer Realty apart from the competition is their long term perspective. They live and breathe what they practice everyday, and have enjoyed their family life in Denver/Littleton for the past 35+ years. They have seen many changes and truly understand the market. As a boutique family firm, Baer Realty LLC is not about production sales; it is all about personal, custom services and specialized experience. Jan and the team at Baer Realty do not strive to be the biggest office in Denver/Littleton, they only want to be the Best! 95% of their business is from repeat clients and referrals. Jan, David and Harrison Baer enjoy music, snow skiing, scuba diving, being in the Rocky Mountains and traveling to Australia. Their love of life and people is evident in the way they communicate with open friendliness to all they meet. Their attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, focused follow up, and dedication to helping people, make them the perfect consulting resource for your next big decision in life.
