Kevin Dietrich is an owner/broker of The Group Real Estate with 16 years experience and over 100M in sales in the Steamboat real estate market. Kevin is a transplant from Buffalo, New York and has called Steamboat home since 2002. His passion for skiing and the outdoors comes from recreating in the Alleghany Mountains in Southern New York. After attending St. Bonaventure University and Galway University Kevin moved to Steamboat to pursue the next chapter in his life. Real estate and wildlife photography quickly took hold of him and he hasn't looked back since. Randall fell in love with Steamboat Springs 24 years ago, when he stopped by on a motorcycle trip through the Rockies and decided to call it home.Randall spent six years serving on the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment where he reviewed and approved several of the city's highest profile projects. He has also served two terms as president of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and was named "Broker of the Year" twice by his peers.He currently resides in Steamboat Springs with his wife, Jane, and their two children, John and Sarah.
