About Marci Valicenti

Two heads are better than one as they say! Marci and Zach are a mother-son real estate team with 30 years of combined experience serving buyers and sellers in the Yampa Valley. Whether you need help with residential, vacation homes, investment properties, new construction, land, or commercial, they have the knowledge and expertise to help you succeed in your personal goals. Marci and Zach believe there is no such thing as too much education. They are always taking professional classes to expand their knowledge and learn how to better serve and educate clients. Between them, they have seven professional designations and counting that make them tactful negotiators, digital marketers, and resort property specialists. Recently acknowledged in 2023 and 2024 by RealTrends, Marci and Zach placed in the top 1.49% for sales volume out of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors nationwide. Additionally, HomeSnap presented a Top Agent Award to the Valicenti Team in 2022 for having the highest traffic and popularity from online consumers. Don’t take the awards word for it though. See for yourself how special this team is!
